Abstract: Posttrainingpracticeinenterprisesamongteachersinhighervocationalcollegesistoimprovepracticalskillsofteachersinhighervocationalcolleges,soastocultivateexperiencedandskilledtalents.Thispaper,someproblemsthatexistinthecourseofimplementation,byinvestigatingthestructure,currentsituationandideasofteachers,providescorrespondingadviceforteachersthemselves,collegesandenterprisesrespectivelytosetexamplesfortheimplementationofpostpracticetrainingonhighervocationalcolleges.Itaimstomakethistrainingmoretargeted,topromotethecombinationofworkingandlearning,toinnovatecollaborativecultivationpatternforqualifiedtalentsbetweencollegesandenterprises,toimprovetheprofessionaltalenttrainingprogram,soastoenhancethelevelofrunningcolleges.
